Janice is an ICF-accredited coach with over 30 years of experience in the education sector, working in various leadership roles across, quality improvement, educational establishments, and local government. Janice’s career has taken her across Europe and New Zealand. She was a National Attainment Advisor for the Scottish Government and worked closely with the government and inspectorate on the Scottish Attainment Challenge.

Janice has an M.A. in Modern History and Political Science, she is a dual-qualified primary and secondary teacher and has worked both in the English and Scottish education systems. Janice has a passion to make a difference in education at all levels and believes that coaching is the solution, unlocking potential and positively impacting the lives of our young people. She is responsible for leading TTM's coaching solutions in the education sector. 

Natalie Johnston is Founder of TTM Coaching. Natalie is an accredited coach, BA graduate, speaker, and experienced marketeer. She has spent her working career in Scotland, North America, and London. TTM Coaching was born from her belief that we can all become the best version of ourselves and when we do the work on the inside, the impact is felt on the outside, creating the ‘ripple effect’ of positive change. Fuelled by her desire to ensure the workplace, of which we rely on to meet so many of our physical and psychological human needs, is a place where individuals can grow and thrive. Natalie dedicates her time to working with individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential.
